Digestive and Liver Disease care center (DILD) is happy to open a new branch in Pakwach, an important location along the Gulu-Arua road, to bring quality digestive and liver care to Northern Uganda. With over 20 years of experience, we’re expanding our services to reach more patients and provide expert care where it’s needed most.

Founded by Dr. Professor Ocama Ponsiano from Pajobi, DILD started in Mukono, Central Uganda. Since then, we’ve worked with the Ministry of Health to improve healthcare, especially in digestive and liver diseases.

Our Pakwach branch has over 50 professionals, including specialists and nurses from different parts of Uganda. We value diversity and aim to create a welcoming environment for both staff and patients.

In addition to medical care, Digestive and Liver disease care center (DILD) is focused on health education and community outreach. Our programs in Pakwach aim to raise health awareness and prevent digestive and liver diseases, helping create a healthier community.
